My crowning achievement was covering the CFP National Championship game Alabama versus Georgia at Mercedes Benz Stadium. There is no setting I can’t go into and come out with top-quality photographs. Sports require high shutter speeds with no lighting to freeze the world’s best athletes called action shots. Real Estate is the complete opposite requiring slow shutter speeds because nothing is moving.

I never thought in a million years I would ever photograph a house. It appeared boring. While attending an event, I showed a friend photographs of the last Atlanta Falcons game. A young lady peered over my shoulder and said, “omg, those are beautiful, so crisp and clear they should be in magazines or newspapers.” I proudly stated, “they are.”
“I am a realtor. Can you photograph a house like that?” I thought no Julio Jones running at 20 miles per hour, Matt Ryan was not throwing the ball 50 yards, and no 300 Lbs. Lineman was standing in my way. But, of course, I can. It was the most complex form of photography I have ever attempted. The house was vacant. No furniture, no occupants, just baring walls.
